Narumi is a beauty and aesthetics centre. It is not a healthcare centre, service or establishment, does not provide medical or medical aesthetics services and does not make diagnoses.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website https://narumiestetica.es and its versions in other languages (hereinafter, “the website”), the purpose of which is to provide information about the centre’s services, its prices and how to get in touch and book. Accessing the website makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

3. Terms of use

Users undertake to use the website diligently, lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it for activities that are unlawful, infringe the rights of third parties or could damage, disable or overload the website or prevent it from working normally. Introducing viruses or any other system that could cause damage is prohibited, as is sending automated or bulk communications through the forms.

Any data you provide through the forms must be accurate and your own. If you provide data relating to other people, you must have their permission.

4. Informative nature of the content

The website’s content about beauty treatments is general and for information only. It does not constitute medical advice and is no substitute for a consultation at the centre or, where appropriate, for seeing a healthcare professional. The results of beauty treatments vary from person to person.

Published prices include VAT. Where the website states that prices are a guide, the applicable price will be the one confirmed at the time of booking or at the consultation. The owner reserves the right to change prices, services and content at any time, without this affecting services already booked.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphic design and source code) belongs to Marta Fernández Temiño or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

The Google reviews reproduced on the website belong to their authors and are shown exactly as they were published on that platform.

6. Disclaimer

The owner works to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions, and undertakes to correct them as soon as it becomes aware of them. Nor can it guarantee that the website will be continuously available or free from interruptions due to technical causes beyond its control.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website or for damage caused by viruses or harmful elements introduced by third parties, provided it has taken reasonable measures to prevent them.

The website contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram or the centre’s Google Business Profile. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies, which we recommend you review. You can send any complaint to narumiesteticaavanzada@gmail.com or in writing to the premises’ address. In accordance with the consumer protection regulations of the Junta de Andalucía (the Andalusian regional government), official complaint forms (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available to consumers at the premises.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.
