How Marta works

At Narumi, every consultation and every client’s plan goes through Marta Fernández. She leads the treatments and follows each client’s progress from one session to the next. That continuity is no small thing: it means getting to know how your skin responds, adjusting the plan when needed and knowing, session by session, whether things are on track.

Her approach rests on three steps:

1. Listening. What you’d like to improve, what you’ve tried before, your skincare routine and what you expect from the treatment.
2. Assessing. Looking at your skin or the area to be treated, your skin type if we’re talking about laser, and any health circumstance that would make a technique inadvisable.
3. Recommending honestly. Which technique makes sense, roughly how many sessions to plan for, how often and what results are realistic. And also what isn’t worth doing.

Honesty above all

If there’s one thing people who review Narumi keep coming back to, it’s trust. Marta won’t carry out a treatment that won’t give you what you’re looking for, and if what you need is a job for a doctor or dermatologist, she’ll tell you plainly. Narumi is a beauty and aesthetics centre: it doesn’t offer medical aesthetics or medical treatments, and Marta would rather explain that properly than raise expectations that won’t be met.

Training and an eye for colour

As an advanced aesthetics specialist, Marta is equally at home with aesthetic devices (diode laser, radiofrequency, Dermapen, chemical peels, LED light) and hands-on techniques, from massage to Kobido. Her master’s in professional makeup and her expertise in colour theory really show in work where visual detail is everything: brow design in microblading, choosing shades for makeup and bridal makeup.

Advanced aesthetics moves quickly, and Marta regularly sets aside time to keep her knowledge of techniques, protocols and equipment up to date. That learning translates into something practical: knowing which technique suits each skin, and when it’s better to wait.
